Finding Qualified Spa Service

American Spas, like cars, are built to last a long while. A durable spa that’s well maintained can last a decade or longer. Still, on rare occasions, hot tubs break down, perhaps due to defective parts or improper care. Here’s everything you need to know about hot tub maintenance and service, as well as the spa manufacturer’s warranty and where to register your American Spa.

Maximizing comfort, relaxation and the health benefits of hot tub therapy has everything to do with proper maintenance. You will need to maintain your spa as per owners manual. If you can fix it without voiding your warranty, you do; however, it is not recommended. Always consult your local, experienced spa servicer before attempting any repair.  Maintenance tasks are fairly easy and necessary. For instance, changing the water in your hot tub and cleaning and replacing spa filters are simple tasks, but if you don’t do both your water may develop an odor and become cloudy or foamy, especially after heavy use. Balancing the water is also important, and technology has made this and other types of maintenance easier than ever.

While maintaining your spa takes very little effort, your highly trained local servicer is always ready to help if you need it. More important, our technical support & customer service team will always be available to handle both minor and serious service issues.

Additionally American Spas comes with solid Warranties and are built to last. To ensure that your Warranty is in fact active you have to register your spa upon arrival. The process of submitting work within the warranty goes a bit like this. You want to make sure that your spa is registered otherwise it does not show up in our internal system as purchased call in to talk to our technical support team and troubleshoot your spa if your spa problem cannot be resolved with a technician over the phone We will call into a local service technician and provide them with your warranty information so that they can file a claim online. Remember you absolutely need to register your spa to activate this whole process.
